Items ordered at CHP, if for any reason not completely satisfactory, can be returned within 5 days from receiving the package. Provided the item(s) have not been worn nor damaged in any way.
If customer not properly receives items/package or somehow damage has occurred to the package/item(s) during shipping, CHP has to be notified of any irregularities within 48 hours of customer receiving the package, only then any possible claim(s) can be considered.(For more information also check Terms&Conditions)

Upon receiving returned item(s) money will be immediately refunded to the customer. Depending on local  processing of international transfers this might take up to one week. For any questions related to returns and refunds funds contact us.

If somehow, after having received the returned item(s) CHP deems it worn or damaged the return will not be accepted and money will not be refunded. The item can be returned to customer provided shipping cost of the return is payed by customer.
General shipping fee is € 10,- by registered delivery and is non refundable in case of a returned item.
